Founded in 1953 and run by the Rosi family since then, the Iris Restaurant is a family-run restaurant with typical Tuscan cuisine and seafood specialities. It is located on a small elevated square at the end of the "promenade" of Castiglione.
The specialties of the restaurant "Iris" are based on seafood dishes such as the succulent Fisherman's soup, specialty of the cook, Spaghetti alla Bucaniera and Tagliatelle with seafood.
